  1. Hello, John. I just wanted to say how moved I was by Nina’s radiant book. I too am a poet with one published book, and the mother of two boys, and dying of cancer, and writing a blog about it all. I am much luckier than Nina, however, in that my boys are quite grown (20 and 24). I hope the pain of your loss is lightened somewhat by your pride in Nina’s extraordinary accomplishment. I have just written a post to recommend The Bright Hour, which you’ll find on my blog, The Death Project: https://susanbriscoe.wordpress.com/2017/09/08/book-recommendation/. I wish you and your family much courage and love and joy.
